The website is donation based. It seems self-evident, but in the case you might get creative, there are not refund on any donation. The only thing you will get back from me is love and gratitude. However, if I can make your experience better, I will listen, and act in the benefits of the greater whole, which you are part of.

I do not foresee how it could ever come to this, but in the case life gets creative, under the agreement of these Terms, any and all claims and dispute relate to my words, content, and use of my website shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of Canada, Quebec without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If any such claims and dispute are brought in, you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Montreal.

 

Moreover, if any such claims and dispute are brought in, the owner of those claims is responsible to any cost of accommodation, transports, food and living expenses that would be required for me to be present during court or non-remote mediation.
